Building a mountain retreat is a significant investment, and we believe that important decisions are best made face to face.

That's why, approximately once every quarter, our team travels to Norway and Sweden to meet both existing and prospective clients. These trips allow us to discuss projects in person, answer questions, review plans, and better understand each client's vision.

Whether you're still exploring ideas or already have a plot of land and a clear concept in mind, a personal meeting is often the fastest way to move your project forward. We can discuss layouts, construction methods, materials, timelines, budgets, and everything else that matters before building begins.

Meeting in person also gives you the opportunity to get to know the people behind KM Building. We believe that trust is built through open communication, transparency, and lasting relationships—not just emails and phone calls.
