Consultation & Design (2-4 Weeks)

Whether you choose from our existing cabin models or require a fully customized design, our team works closely with you to create detailed architectural and technical drawings. This step ensures that every aspect of the cabin—from room layouts to material choices—is thoughtfully planned.
Production & Prefabrication (8-12 Weeks)
Once the design is finalized, approved and contract signed, we begin the manufacturing process at our facility. Using a combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern precision machinery, we produce the necessary timber components with millimeter accuracy. This prefabrication approach allows for a more controlled environment, reducing material waste and ensuring structural integrity. Each element is carefully inspected before being prepared for transport.
Delivery & On-Site Assembly (3-6 Weeks)
After production, the pre-cut and prepared timber components are transported to the construction site. Our skilled assembly team begins the on-site installation, following a systematic process that ensures both speed and accuracy. The structural frame is completed first, followed by roofing, insulation, and windows. Our experience allows us to work efficiently, even in remote or challenging locations, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Interior Finishing Work (3-6 Weeks)
Once the main structure is in place, the focus shifts to interior finishing. This includes flooring, door installation, building frame walls, wall treatments and custom details like staircases. Depending on the complexity of the project and the level of customization, this phase can vary in length. Throughout this stage, we maintain clear communication to ensure that every detail aligns with your vision.
Final Inspection & Handover
Before handing over the completed cabin, we conduct a thorough quality inspection to ensure that everything meets our high standards. From structural integrity to finishing details, we check every aspect of the build. Once the final walkthrough is complete and you are fully satisfied, we officially hand over the keys to your new log home.
Total Construction Time: 4-7 Months
From the initial consultation to the final handover, the entire process typically takes 4 to 7 months, depending on the complexity of the design, site conditions, and customization requirements.
