The man entered our construction site and desired to view the new building. Construction manager did not mind and he showed the man the new building. After a while the man contacted us because he really liked what he saw and how we worked, therefore he wanted us to implement his 10 years long-cherished dream.
Uzdevums
Build huge 1 story house from logs which are at least 32cm in diameter and more than 200 years old. The house must have custom columns, wooden carvings and exquisite details.
Risinājums
3 bedroom 1 story house with bedroom one on one side and spacious living area (47,16m2) and open concept kitchen living room (46,17m2)+Terrace: 90 m2.

In cooperation with experienced architects and designers, the factory’s biggest challenge was long timber spans, which mostly exceeded 9m.
Celtniecība
The biggest challenge on the construction site - difficult access to the house in order to deliver the materials. The weather conditions were grateful and it was possible to work efficiently. We managed to assemble the frame in 5 days.

Wood carvings. Birch bark in gutters. Copper ridge. Restoration of antique furniture.
Gala rezultāts
We developed a successful cooperation and the customer ordered a barn and an annex in the next two years.
